Admission

Admission forms and prospectus may be obtained from the School office on payment of Rs. 50/-. Pupil for admission must be introduced by the parent/guardian who shall sign the form declaring their willingness to abide by the rules of the School.

Fees Payment

The academic year is divided into three terms. Fees for twelve months must be paid as per rules. Fees should be paid before the 10th of every term after which the defaulters will not be permitted into the class.

Notes to Parents / Guardian

The School requests the kind co-operation of the Parents / Guardian so as to ensure that qualitative education and discipline is instilled in the child. Towards this objective it is important that both the School and the Parents / Guardian have to work in close co-operation.

Notes to Students

  • The HandBook is a link between the parents and the school .This must be brought to school daily by the pupil.
  • Dress neatly and wear clean clothes.
  • Wish every teacher.

Attendance

Parents are responsible for their child’s regularity and punctuality in attending School. Absence of your child from class very often for social functions is not recommended because it retards the student’s progress in the School.

As a departure from the culture of “Chalk and Talk”, the School has introduced modern teaching techniques and aids like Audio-Visual rooms, Imported education software, working models, charts, project

Examinations & Tests

Three Mid-Term tests and three Terminal Examinations will be conducted during an academic year.
A Progress Report will be sent to the Parents/Guardian after every test/examination (except Annual exam).

Extra Curricular Activities

In order to encourage children to participate in Extra-Curricular Activities and also to provide value-based education, the Extra-Curricular Activities in the School are properly structured and conducted every Saturday (except second Saturday).

Medical Inspection

As the school desires to take personal interest in the physical and mental health of the pupil who are entrusted to its care, a medical examination is held in the school in July every year. The result is communicated to the parents through the Academic & Health Record. Parents are requested to sign and return the same.

General Instructions

  • Parents/Guardian are requested to regularly peruse the Hand Book to check and sign the Home Assignment. Remarks of the Teacher in the Hand Book be regularly perused and signed. Your co-operation is very essential for the performance of the pupil.
